Happy New Year from Paul Henderson Racing...

Happy New Year from everyone at Paul Henderson Racing. And what better way to start the new year off than with some good news? We told you a few weeks ago that Jamie had made the final ten in the Godolphin Stud and Stable Staff Awards, for the Rider/Groom category, and we are delighted to announce that we've been told that Jamie has made it to the final 3 ! The final stage of the judging will take place in London on the 20th February, where Jamie and the other finalists will be interviewed face-to-face by the judges, who will then reveal the winners and runners-up at an awards ceremony later that evening. The awards take place at the Jumeirah Carlton Towers hotel in Knightsbridge and will be hosted by ITV Racing's Ed Chamberlin. We are all really proud of Jamie and wish him the best of luck in the finals! 
There was no time for Jamie soak it all up just yet though, as Paul and the team were out early on a beautiful frosty morning down at Whitsbury gallops. The horses looked relaxed and well as we head towards the end of the festive season. Paul has an eye on several meetings as we cross into the New Year, starting with Thepartysover at Plumpton on Monday. Thepartysover follows on from Minella Gathering, who put in another great effort under Paddy Brennan on New Year's Eve adding a 3rd place finish to his 2nd place finish at Wincanton earlier in the month. 
We'd to thank all our owners for their fantastic support across 2016, and after a great finish to the year, here's to a great start to 2017 for everyone involved in Paul Henderson Racing!
