'Do It' Does It At Lingfield (Again)....

Winner winner! Paul and the Partnership celebrate in the winner's enclosure after Do It For The Village triumphs at Lingfield

Mayhem as the photographer struggles to get things under control after an exciting win for Do It!

'It was a birthday bonanza for Bob, who runs the Rockbourne Partnership, as 'Do It For The Village' cruised to victory at Lingfield Park this afternoon!
Yesterday the Rockbourne Partnership came within a whisker of a win when 'Talk Of The South' finished 2nd yet again at Plumpton, despite running a great race under the expert guidance of Nick Scholfield. 'Talk' has now come 2nd 6 times in ten runs and we really feel his consistent plucky efforts deserve another win!
Today at Lingfield Park the Partnership assembled again, this time to watch 'Do It For The Village'. 'Do It' had won at Lingfield back in December before finishing 5th in a 0-145 at Ludlow, later in the month. With Paddy Brennan at the helm again today, he was back on song and made it look easy as he left the chasing field behind him to take his 3rd win of the season in some style.
The timing couldn't have been better either, as it was Bob's birthday, and what better way to celebrate with a sip of champagne and a cupcake in the winner's enclosure? Bob puts in a lot of hard work running the Rockbourne Partnership and supporting the yard, and we couldn't be more pleased that we were able to deliver a winner for the birthday boy and for the rest of the Partnership, who are a great bunch to have involved with the yard.
So it's a big happy birthday to Bob, massive congratulations to the Rockbourne Partnership, and we are happy to say another winner winner for Paul Henderson Racing, in what is shaping up to be a fantastic season's racing!
